Wednesday is my favourite day of the week 😍 Long post coming but I have something important to say this time ☘
I order my fruits and veggies from @greenearthorganics1 
Usually I make the order a week, sometimes every other week. They deliver all this to right to my doorstep and when I get home, I'm like a kid on Christmas eve ❤
It makes such a difference when you know that your food is clean, fresh, seasonal and organic and on top of that, produced locally as much as possible. I'm privileged to be able to support the farmers on their hard work and at the same time give my family the healthiest food available. I'm well aware that this is not possible for everyone as there's so many people fighting to survive with low income. Been there, done that so I do appreciate this every day.
Surprisingly though, the money spent on food has drastically gone down after I started to order these veggie boxes. The weekly boxes are really affordable and I don't have the need to go to grocery shop so often which means I spend less money. As the veggies are so fresh and beautiful, I really enjoy cooking from scratch which means healthier and (usually) tastier food. It also means less food waste as who in the world would have a heart to waste this 😍😋

Added these balsamic dijon marinated shallots near the end of the roasting process to roasted brussel sprouts....delicious! Ended up making a roasted brussel sprout salad (recipe soon to follow)...soooo good!  It's amazing how the littlest additions to recipes can take it from meh to oh yeah!
