Fun fact: It is much harder to run at 338 than it is at 270... In my mind I can still run several miles but my body says otherwise. Did some back and shoulders before trying to get some time on the treadmill tonight but I’m not made it the 1 mi. One nice thing about Florida bring back in record hear mode is sweat. Lots of sweat. Can’t knock on a good sweat session!

Had a discovery day at the gym. I’m the type of guy that just lifts to look pretty, so usually don’t go too heavy. I tend to do lighter weights, very controlled, focusing on the muscle I’m intending to work.  That being said, I decided to not do that and go heavy πŸ˜€. Had a theme of 3 plates I guess. Deadlifts fucking sucked. You can just look at the guys face to know that, or feel what I felt in my back πŸ˜…. I did start off with lighter weights though, no ego lifting for me. I know when to quit lol. I will be feeling it tomorrow though...and probably the next couple days. Besides that everything else felt pretty good. the bulk is well and truely underway! #byebyeabs - I naturally carry my fat in my stomach so I have to get quite lean to even get a hint of them, now I've upped my food intake they've gone a-hiding again. BUT I'll get some mad glues and quads so I am keeeeeeen πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
