Rigatoni pasta for the main last night 🙌🏼 I prepared mine slightly differently (no olive oil or Parmesan and only a teaspoon of breadcrumbs) because I’m saving my cheat meal for pizza tonight 😂 The pasta was served with basil, red onion, grilled eggplant, freshly made toasted chilli breadcrumbs and lemon juice! Sooo good! Online strength client @evangeline_munson making some great progress after sustaining an injury. Injuries happen when you are pushing things, you can either learn from it and improve or let it beat you down and start to hate lifting. She took the right steps to work on some mobility and bracing techniques and we really took this time to refine technique and the improvements will yield some huge results down the road. Very proud of her resilience. 
Regrann from @evangeline_munson -  Not even 6 weeks ago, I cried in this same spot because 225lbs off 6” blocks caused debilitating pain, I wasn’t sure if I was ever going to compete again. Today, the weight kept flying, I felt no pain. 365lbs, 4” blocks, 3x3. @tonymontgomeryjr - #regrann

Peel and chop 2 potatoes and pop in the microwave for 10mins

Cook mince with carrots, some natural yoghurt, beef stock, mixed herbs for 6-8 mins

Mash potato and put on top of mince combo, oven for 15mins
