 Esto es un error suuuper común que tenemos en la alimentación, típico que decimos: "Yo no sé por qué no adelgazo si ni desayuno y como poco durante el día"🤦🏽‍♀... Pues la razón de eso es el MODO DE HAMBRUNA en el que entra tu cuerpo. -
Es como un mecanismo de supervivencia que tiene, donde empieza a almacenar todo lo poquito que le das como reservas de energía porque no está recibiendo suficientes nutrientes para realizar sus funciones diarias. -
👁COMER MENOS NO TE HACE ADELGAZAR, todo lo contrario. Si lo que quieres es bajar de peso y/o quemar grasa, debes de iniciar por hacer tus 3 comidas fuertes al día combinando Proteína + Carbohidratos + Grasas, y si lo sientes necesario, agregando pequeños snacks a media mañana y media tarde. -
💡Acuérdate que una dieta balanceada y rica en nutrientes es lo que te lleva a lograr tus metas y mejorar tu salud!! Si necesitas ayuda, contáctanos por DM!

💥HOW TO CREATE THE PERFECT MORNING ROUTINE💥

Win the morning, win the day.

Your morning sets the tone for your day, whether you like it or not.
-
So when you’re constantly waking up flustered and in a rush, it’s gonna be extremely hard to win the majority of your days.
-
Setting up a solid morning routine for myself was what propelled me on the journey I’m on now.
-
Because I was like most people!
-
Wake up, brush teeth, put on clothes, walk out the door.
-
You ever sit at work sometimes and have no recollection of the drive in?
-
That was me... every day! It’s a miracle I even made it.
-
Setting up a morning routine that benefitted me gave me a chance to start winning my days.
-
Here’s how I did it!
-
1️⃣: Eliminate decisions- I eat the same thing for breakfast every single day. One, because I like it. But more importantly, so I don’t waste time THINKING about it.
-
2️⃣: Start with one thing- my morning routine now would probably overwhelm a lot of people. But guess what? It started by reading one page out of a book.  Pick one thing you can do, be consistent with it and build from there!
-
3️⃣: Wake up earlier- I started with waking up 5 minutes earlier... to read that one page lol. It doesn’t have to be anything crazy!
-
4️⃣: Gratitude- this is what I’d recommend that one thing you start with be. When you’re grateful for everything you have, you learn to appreciate life a lot more!

5️⃣: Move your body- some days it’s the gym but some days it’s just some light stretching. Getting some movement in and the blood flowing will create energy in your body.  Who doesn’t want a little more of that?

6️⃣: Read- for me this just stimulates my mind, which seems to help me think better through out my day.

Hip mobility! Use it or lose it. I find that most people over time start to lose internal rotation of the hips making it difficult to squat , run, etc... This is typically an underlying culprit to low back pain as well. The shin box is one of my favorite hip mobility movements. Get out of your chair and get on the floor and give it a try! Your hips and back will thank you for it! 😃👍💪🏻#hipmobility #shinbox #movement #lowbackpain #chiropractor

Deadstop Glute Deadlifts (keeping that bum down is hard!)
.
Single leg leg press with toe lift (go lighter, force heel forward and contract quad hard at the top - feel that burn)
.
Kickback machine (keeping leg straight and emphasis in the glutes)
.
Hip Thrusts (trusty exercise, always effective - I’ll often vary weight and rep range quite dramatically from session to session to get all those fibres firing)
