I’m in this season of deep growth and it’s fucking messy. I’ve been unreliable in my biz, I’ve lacked consistency, it shows + that’s trickled into the rest of my life - because that’s what happens. How you do one thing is how you do everything. Period. It took my beautiful friend and mentor giving me some serious shit {lovingly of course} for me to realize I’ve been completely unaccountable. Truth is it’s no ones fault or responsibility other than my own. Sooo what does that mean for me? That means starting my miracle mornings again {at 6:30 AM}, being super intentional about how I’m fueling my bod {cause I have been super lazy + that’s not love}, keeping up with my supplements {which is a habit I’ve already created - pat on the back}, and getting back on the workout train {because that’s something I struggle with when it comes to consistency}, but my body is asking me to grow in this area, so I’m listening. That means a lot of uncomfortable shit is showing up in a big way including sore muscles. This guy has been the absolute best this week in helping my body relax + to soothe any tension. It’s a lifesaver for sore, achy muscles + makes the perfect workout companion {before + after}.

Omnomnom! Found our, since childhood, favorite semolina and created this easy cake! Why "CocoManka Cake"? "Manka" simply means semolina in Russian ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜˜ and Coco, because of cocoa of course!
๐Ÿ’š200g of semolina, stir with 180 g of thick coconut milk, no sugar added syrup, cover up and set aside for 2-3hours on the table or over night in the fridge.
๐Ÿ’šAfter it "prepped" add 120ml your favourite oil, I added Grapeseed, 2tbsp cocoa, two ripped bananas, some flour (any of your choice), baking powder. You can also add wallnuts, should be extra tasty, but more calories as well๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ’ช
๐Ÿ’šI blended all ingredients with wand blender for few good minutes, until all smooth and same texure. Add some warm water, if you find your mixture extra thick.
๐Ÿ’šPlace a piece of parchment paper into desired form, add liquid dough, put into the preheated oven for 375°F for 40-50 min. Check with wooden tooth pick, if ready. Take out a bit earlier and get "fudgy" cake.
๐Ÿ’šWe have noticed, it is even better after cake cooled down. It keeps it's shape much better!

After getting up at 5 a.m. practicing a 90-minute Bikram Yoga class I went to my housekeeping job then I went to my massage job and now it's 8:23 p.m. and all I want to do is prepare food. I call it distress cooking with healthy foods. There's something so calming about preparing food that I know is good for my body and my mind, plus that Exquisite sound the knife makes as it chops through anything crunchy! Today's adventure a yellow coconut curry sweet potato, carrot egg drop soup. So pumped for when it's ready my apartment smells amazing.

I’ve been falling down rabbit holes for as long as I can remember
Each experience has taught me something about myself
The thing about this is you don’t always end up in wonderland...
My path didn’t start with a spiritual awakening of love.
It started with being an unconsciously telepathic five year old who was harboring dark entities
Siphoning my free will and insisting I use my power to self-harm
Which I did.
At night they would crowd me in my room
And for much of my childhood the covers were pulled over my head
Unable to breath
Not from the lack of air
But the fear.
This went on for years
But even demons serve a purpose.
When I am inhabiting the far reaches of my own consciousness,
Coming face to face with the schism of a dark thought manifest
A tortured vibration
An entity serving as a lesson in what’s known as “initiation of discernment”
I do not fear.
For they are there to teach me something
Whether it be “feeling” and determining what’s mine and what isn’t
Whether it be learning to use Light as a shielding and impenetrable force
Whether it be cultivating my higher connections in order to call in loving protection when needed
Whether it be learning to harness the high vibrations of crystals to offer myself peace of mind
Whether it be understanding myself as a sovereign vessel of Love from which the power of the entire Universe resides,
Strengthening the power of my focused intention to declare what is and isn’t welcome into my energy fields
Understanding that “dark” doesn’t have to mean “bad” or “scary” or something to be feared
And only thinking makes it so.
I have learned
Not to feed the fear
And not to be uncomfortable with the uncomfortable
Because even the entities that have haunted me
Come from the same fabric of Universal Love
As I do.
And while it’s scary to some
That experience has been my reality
A Soul lesson
One I now give thanks for.
I was forged from the darkness
How could I fear it?

I’ve been having the opportunities to explore and learn the male reproductive health more so these days. So I have to share some information that could be valuable to some.

Nutritions required to produce semen are:
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin B12
- Inositol
- Choline
- Magnesium
- Calcium
- Zinc
- Amino acids (Arginine, N-acetyl cysteine, etc)

Masturbation (and/or ejaculation) is a complex psyco-neuroendocrine process.
What this means is that the process starts in the brain and involves many neurotransmitters and hormones such as epinephrine/norepinephrine, acetylcholine, dopamine, serotonin, and cortisol.

I am so happy to get the all clear to be back in the gym! It is a challenge for me, after so many years of hard workouts and heavy lifting to feel so weak! What I DO KNOW is form follows function.
