Quick hip CARs fix!

A pretty common compensation when going into abduction is the shift toward the supporting hip. A simple and effective cue that I love to use is “put the weight to the inside of the knee.” You can see when I gave him the verbal and tactile cue it cleaned up and turned into work immediately. Side bonus is the lateral hip and midline work, it’s tough!

Two things I've always been self conscious about growing up was my eyebrows and my nails. I was always a nail biter- had a lot to do with my anxiety not feeling food about myself. Well its been a "nail biting" last month or 2 ๐Ÿ˜‚ #punintended I've been showing myself a bit of self love by not biting my nails and managing my anxiety in a better way.
