Day 451 Up and At'Em at 4 AM 
BBC Day 249 Athletic Conditioning Giant Set w/ Team Finisher 
Four stations, two exercises at each, alternating back and forth every 90 seconds with a 15-second rest after completing both exercises, partner burpees in the middle of the workout, followed by partner wall sit with banded high knee sprinters

I loved this workout today! It pushed you and challenged you to keep moving. It was fun!  I'm glad I didn't listen to that little voice at 4 a.m. when my alarm went off at said to stay in bed. I needed today's workout more mentally than physically.

Thought of the day 
No matter how you feel, no matter how bad it seems, do it anyway. Get up, dress up, Lace Up, show up and give it everything you've got!

I’ve really noticed how quickly my overall endurance goes down, if I haven’t gone to the gym in a few days.  Maybe it’s because I did #bbglegs over a week apart btwn week 8 and DREADED week 9 ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผ‍โ™€๏ธ. That being said, it was deff tough.  As I mentioned before, I really had to tone back the jumping. .
Today, I tried to get my #liss in on the step master, and it was not happening ๐Ÿ˜” I did about 6 min at level 6, I was doing level 10 before baby, and I was so out of breath I had to stop ๐Ÿ™ˆ totally threw me off my game ๐Ÿ˜ญ and the rest of the gym time wasn’t super productive.

For those of you who are numbers peeps, I mean girls ๐Ÿ™Š, I was already up 10lbs pre baby no. 2, from baby 1, so that wasn’t exactly ahead of the game ๐Ÿคช and I have NOTICEABLY gained weight already, at #20weekspregnant
My legs are clearly reflective, and there’s not much I’m going to do about it right now.l ๐Ÿ˜Ž Unfortunately my body is craving bread, and not many veggies ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผ‍โ™€๏ธ and as much as I try, it’s just not happening to sub some of my bread binges for veggies ๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅฆ
I’m also way more hungry, not only now, but overall in this pregnancy compared to baby 1.  So ALL that combined, I’ve gained about 10-13 lbs already. ๐Ÿฅ‚ here’s to the after party ladies! The rides not over and I’m not giving up, just holding out for that reward ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿป#pregnancyproblems ๐Ÿคช

This. Felt. Amazing. Beach explorations, an outside workout (even if I did have to wear shoes ๐Ÿ˜ฉ). There was a lightness to me yesterday. Renewed vigor. A pep in my step. And it's carried into today, even though we are only to be low 30°F today. It's amazing how recharged I feel after just a few hours of that warm sun, and warm air. Stepped off the #GrindStone plan from @powerathletehq for the day and hit some kettlebell complexes. Which also felt good. Slinging some bells in the sunshine.

I tell you what!!! I am excited today because I really felt great during my workout. I woke up in a grumpy mood and not really wanting to do my workout but as I went through it I totally turned my mind around and I'm ready to tackle today. It's amazing what a little exercise can do to your self thinking. I wish I could shout from the rooftops even if you're just a starter just a little bit each day consistently will help you build the strength to do more each day. This is the way I felt today Day 36. Day 1 I could not do all of these reps consistently and today I felt really strong and got through them. Enjoy my little video!!๐Ÿ˜

Korean BBQ Tofu & Brussel Sprouts.

I could, and practically do, eat this every night. SO GOOD!!.

Ingredients:
Tofu, I use Firm
Cooked brussel sprouts
Favorite sauce (I used Korean BBQ)
A little of your favorite oil
Cayenne pepper powder (optional).

Directions:
Open tofu and drain water and cut into cubes. 
Heat a touch of oil in a large skillet and add tofu cubes.
Cook tofu to your preferred consistency.
Add enough sauce to evenly coat tofu.
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper if desired.
Serve over rice, eat as is and with your  favorite veggie๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š

With core properly engaged, this is a great total body exercise. ๐Ÿ”ธ Make sure torso is wrapped to cinch your waist, and entire stomach is drawn up and in towards your spine. ๐Ÿ”ธ Shoulders stay down and relaxed away from ears. ๐Ÿ”ธ Glutes squeeze tight. ๐Ÿ”ธ If you feel you don’t have the ability to keep core properly engaged, jump back to more of a downward dog position, or even just step the feet back one at a time. ๐Ÿ”ธ This can be done holding anything. Just place it down on the floor before putting hands on the floor for the jump/step back. ๐Ÿ”ธ Try 15 reps. .

Just trained arms and did some HIIT cardio on the treadmill. Feeling so good this morning !! I’ve heard so much about how changing your mindset can change your life. I like that idea but sometimes it seems emotions go back and forth  and it’s hard to keep a positive mindset!! While this is true, I’m learning that is just like training arms or anything else.. its PRACTICE. We have to practice that positive thinking and keep redirecting ourselves back to a place or gratitude and positivity. We need to get back to seeing the world as we did as children. Full of excitement and joy. Happy Thursday everyone!! Let’s make it a great one!

Day 21:: #latepost 
When it comes to exercise, the idea is to challenge your body…to make it stronger…to keep it on its toes.  You have probably seen people who make great strides at the beginning of an exercise program and then hit a point where they can’t progress anymore. This happens because once your body gets used to an exercise, it starts to not respond as much and your results (i.e., fat loss, increased muscle tone, etc.) start to slow down and maybe even stop. This is called 'Hitting a Plateau’. How do you overcome this? By doing a Variation.  And from a mental perspective, variation will keep you from getting bored.
