We smashed legs today🍑 If you wanna make some sick gainz find you a booty queen friend like @meek_megs! It's refreshing to surround yourself with people who love what you do. We were going to record our workout but we got a little too distracted with all the fun equipment here. I'll post what we did below. 🍑🍑🍑 〰Warm up: 5 minutes on stairmaster (because who does cardio) 〰4 X 15 SL leg extension (warm up them quuuuaaads)
〰 4 X 15 RDL with dumbbells (warm up then hammmmies)
〰4X 15 lying leg curls
〰 4X15 squats with heels elevated
〰4X15 leg press (driving through your heels) 〰 5X15 hack squat
We had a killlller pump by the end. We stuck with more compound exercises today. I'll make sure to add a workout for glute isolation work since that's my fav ;) #girlswholift #gainz #thedailypump #eatyourprotein

I'm so ready for summer! I've been trying to up my protein to 100g the last few weeks in addition to my fresh fruits and veggies. #nailedit  This week's menu:

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs and a cup of watermelon and strawberries

Morning snack:  protein shake and celery with dip

Lunch: garlic zoodles with spinach and feta chicken sausage (And a little feta on top)

Afternoon snack: Greek yogurt with broccoli and dip or dill pickles (I LOVE PICKLES)

Dinner: buffalo chicken lettuce salads

Evening snack: protein bar .

Legs and cardio kind of day.  My energy levels have been lower the last week so instead of high intensity workouts I've been doing longer walks.  18 minutes shy of 1000 intensity minutes in the last 7 days (yesterday was a rest day with just a short two mile walk with Zoey). All sorts of static going on but I also see the start of a thigh gap *gasp*

Das da ☝ war im Übrigen mein heutiges Frühstück: baked oatmeal. Da aber meine Bananen noch nicht reif waren 😔 kam Kokosmehl zum andicken ran. Es war okay, aber mit 🍌 viel leckerer! Getoppt wurde mit einer Pflaume.😊 Als ich danach Bock auf herzhaft hatte, wollte ich erst eine kleine Pombärtüte essen, habe mich aber in der Küche auf Gemüsesticks mit lecker Quarkdip umentschieden. Gute Entscheidung gewesen. 💪

Often we put foods in meal categories.  Cereal for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch and a hot meal for dinner. But when you’re trying to eat healthy and lots of whole foods think outside the box.  It’s like eating pizza for breakfast!  We have all done that...I hope😜
This was breakfast: leftover quinoa mixed with veggies and Cajun seasoning and topped with an egg and cilantro.  So good, healthy, and full of protein, good carbs and fats.  Stop with all the sugary cereal and milk and go for some leftovers.  Eggs are great on everything!

Moving to Korea was one of the best experience of my life. It completely changed the way I thought about food and health. There delicious, healthy affordable food was easily available. It was actually cheaper for us to eat out than buy groceries. Most meals consisted of alot of vegetables and protien. Basically it was a dream that help me realize my fitness goals and much more. Everyday I miss the food. One of my favorites was Korean BBQ pictured above. Now alot of the recipes I create have Korean influences.
