Sets : 4 
Reps : 15,12,10,8 (pyramid down in reps and up in weight)

Try pull the weight into your hips instead of rowing into your stomach. FOCUS on the stretch of your lats as you control the weight down, then squeeze your mid traps/ lower lats as your pull the weight up.

You can perform these with different hand grips (over hand/ under hand) to target more of your upper or lower back.

If you feel your lower back getting tight, reduce the weight or look at your form and make sure your not rounding your back 💪🏼

Next time you train legs, try out these single leg step ups! Not only will it work on your glutes (BOOTY) but also your quads/ hamstrings and core. The unilateral movement will do your stabilising muscles and balance wonders!

Everyone is at different level when it comes to legs, so choose an appropriate height to step on, for a beginner I would recommend using a smaller step 😁

TIP
▪️Slighty lean forward, then pause prior to executing the step up. This will firstly help you focus your weight into your front foot. And secondly, the pause will help get rid of any potential momentum you may use to perform the exercise
▪️Don't push up with your back foot, you want to keep the tension in the front leg!
Try this by curling your toe back so you done use it.
