This is the worst travel company I have bad experiences with them and I will make sure nobody goes through what I went through
I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SENT A CHEQUE IN USD. YOU SENT IT TO ME IN CANADIAN CURRENCY. NOW YOUR WHOLE TEAM AND CALL CENTRES ARE NOT WILLING TO FIX THE ISSUE??
@ohmyversace Hi there. We are so sorry about the wrong currency. We have reached out to our accounting department and they will be putting a stop payment on the original check sent. Do you still prefer by check? If yes they will have this sent out as express. If you have a PayPal account, please DM us with your email address linked to the account and the refund will be transferred within 24 hours. Again, we do apologize and the proper refund will be coming your way.
I do prefer cheque. Can I get some sort of email confirmation that a check is coming? I don't want to be waiting over a month like I did with the current one I received.
@ohmyversace Accounting will be notified you prefer check instead of PayPal. Once we receive confirmation from them tomorrow morning that the check is sent out, you will receive an email from the Social team.
